WHY BaNANA

青年時代に美術を通して愉しい場所を作ることを目的に、南国育ちのメンバーを中心に「BANANA BOYS」という美術集団を作り活動してまいりました。
愉しい場所を想像することがデザインの核という想いから活動の原点である「BANANA」を継いで「BaNANA OFFICE」を立ち上げました。
In my youth, with the goal of creating a fun place through art, I formed an art group called "BANANA BOYS" with members who grew up in the southern tropic part of Japan.
I established "BaNANA OFFICE" to take over the word "BANANA," which is the origin of my activities, with the idea that the core of design is to imagine a pleasant place.

「食」の設計士として、大規模な商業施設環境デザインから、小規模な食物販店舗まで食空間づくりを一途に積み重ねてきました。
つまり、私たちは食にまつわる知識や技術に通じた「職人」改め「食人」の集団です。
ですから「何からはじめて良いのか分からない」。

As architects specializing in food service, we have been consistently accumulating experience in creating food-related spaces, from the environmental design of large-scale commercial facilities to small-scale food outlets.
In other words, we are a group of "artisans" who are well versed in food-related knowledge and techniques.

BaNANA FIELD

「食」は、ひとのすぐそばの日常にあります。
また、ときには大切な時間を刻むものであり、そこには特別な雰囲気や居心地のよい空間は欠かせません。
そんな「食の場」に携わってきた”BaNANA”らしい箱創りで、物販、医療、住居、式場など様々な用途に、既成概念にとらわれない〇〇らしくない”型にハマらない空間”に挑戦していきます。
“Eating" is an indispensable part of human life and is a familiar part of everyday life.
Sometimes it is a precious moment in time, and a special atmosphere and comfortable space are essential for it.
We will challenge to "create unconventional spaces" for various purposes, such as sales, medical, residential, and ceremonial spaces, by taking advantage of "BaNANA"'s experience in such "places where the activity of eating exists" and breaking out of the stereotypes.

応募資格

  1. 35才以下で設計経験がある方、もしくは設計関連学校の新卒者の方。
  2. 製図
    Vectorworks・Adobe(Photoshop・Illustrator)製品習熟者である方。
  3. 設計デザイン監理+監修の実務経験がある方。

上記のいずれかに該当する方を対象といたします。

Qualifications

  1. Applicants up to 35 yo with experience in design, or those who recently graduated with a degree in similar.
  2. Highly competent in Vectorworks・Adobe(Photoshop・Illustrator).
  3. Actual experience in Interior design construction management.
